Retention and Teacher Growth Programming

The New Teacher Collaborative is a year-long program designed to enhance new teacher effectiveness rapidly while bonding novice teachers as a learning community. The program builds collegial support through peer coaching and monthly seminars as well as establishes common language and a common mission. Fully supported online to enhance ongoing dialogue and reinforce integral priorities.

New Teacher Program Assessment / Implementation / Evaluation

Full range reports on school or district new teacher programming based on survey results, interviews and analysis of new teacher mentoring and training. Reports include placing program in perspective vis-à-vis national trends, ideas and best practices, as well as suggestions for program improvement and program evaluation. The goal of NTN is to equip schools and districts with materials, programs and institutional structures that are customized and self-sustaining.
