Transformative leadership project
I want to create an organization called look up it’s in your face! This organization would be designed to bring awareness to the ignorant, the people who think they know but have no idea about the many important issues in today society; issues from racism, poverty, and aids to parking and drugs. This organization will inform people about the important facts and allow others to give their opinions on the issues and topics. Most of the time its people who don’t know about things that make the problem worst. You have to seek to understand before you can be understood. This organization will seek to help people understand what’s going on and listen to the concerns and point of others.

Great Idea
This project is a great idea! I do have a few questions about it though. Is this going to be a university organization or a community organization? How are you planning on doing it? Are there going to be meetings for discussion on the issues of society or is it going to be focused more on getting information out in the community? I ask these things not to discourage you, but because I want to know more about this plan. It seems like a great oppportunity for the organization members to make real change in your community.
