Transformative Leadership Project
For my transformative leadership project, my group and I decided to discuss ways of making classes smaller. In a lot of the general education classes, there are up to 200 plus students. This could make it hard for a student to get that one on one help with the teacher. Attendance is not required in a lot of the general education classes, and with the classes being made smaller then students will be more likely to attend and recieve the help they need. If more teachers were brought in to teach the general education classes, or team teaching was brought up then I believe that the classes would become smaller and students would do better in these classes.

Smaller Classes
I think smaller classes are an excellent idea as well. I know personally, I'm less likely to attend a class that has no attendance policy and where there are more than 100 students than one that has 15-20 students and a more personal atmosphere. I think not only would students have a higher success rate, but they will also see class as more enjoyable.
